This is not a company or firm. We are an assortment of like-minded fellow travellers with varied interests and know how’s in different visa types and their processing andthis group has been providing visa counselling for last 10 years to friends, family and relatives. In 2019, weall decided to monetize this skillset and started offering our services professionally, and hence visarejected.com was conceptualized.
So far we have handled 46 cases. We will be happy to connect you to any one of those people, not only to establish our credentials but also to help you understand how to deal with the entire process.
We like to call ourselves as “visa interview counsellor”, wedon’t offer a generalized one-stop solution for all your visa needs like the other visa consultants, but we only and only prepare you for your visa interview. We take your case individually, study all aspects of it, including you and your family members including past travel history. After studying everything, if we feel that visa can be processed, then only we will go ahead. As this is not visarejected.com is not the bread earner for any member of our group, our approach is rational and individualized. Also, you pay only and only if you get a visa. No visa, no money.
No. We specialize only in US B1-B2 visa applications that have been rejected.
We provide only visa counselling. We help you prepare for the visa interview. We do not apply on your behalf, pay on your behalf, handle your ticketing and booking, documentation and other things that are being provided by visa consultants.
No. Granting of visa is at the sole discretion of the US consulate officer. We will also advise you to stay away from companies/consultants who claim to guarantee a visa.
No. We specialize only in US B1-B2 visa applications that have been rejected once or multiple times.
Please refer to the question regarding our working model.
The first thing you should do is not reapply and bring the case to us, let us do an assessment (for which you pay nothing) and thus you will be in better position to decide your course of action even if you choose not to go ahead with us.
If your or your parents b1-b2 visa has been rejected and if you are seeking our council, the first step would be

1. Case Study and documentation:
In this you will be required to send documents (a list will be provided) via email or courier. This would include your financial documents, the reason for visit to US etc. You pay nothing at this stage.
2. Reapplication outcome assessment:
After careful screening of your documents and discussion with you (offline or online), we will assess the likeliness of the visa being granted. If we find your case fit for reapplication, only then we will be able to assess the service fees and you will be informed accordingly. At this juncture you may want to proceed to point 3 or you are free to apply by yourself or through any other professional. You have paid nothing yet and still you will be knowing why your visa was rejected earlier, which in turn will help you to present your case better.
3. Interview preparation:
If you agree on our consultation fee and have paid it fully in advance, we will require your consent on an agreement that would specify the professional and client relationship. After this agreement is signed. we start working on your case. Based on your circumstances, we will build a specific case study for you and based on that we will prepare you for the visa interview. This would include coaching you, rectifying your psychological fear, mock interviews (this can be done either online or at a place of your convenience in India UAE and US). You have paid the service fee here.
4. Outcome:
After your interview, if Visa is granted, we will need few inputs about your interview and a feedback from you. However, if your visa is denied, the total service fee would be refunded to you within 3-4 working days, after you have provided the inputs as mentioned before.
Those cases wherein the applicant has either no merit in his/her application or we feel that the application is based on fabrication, lies or incorrect information get turned down by us. In some cases, we partially turn down a case like where there are multiple applicants viz a viz a family of mother, father, son and daughter (of age), we might advise only the parents to advise for the visa and not the son and daughter. So far we have advised 6 applicants not to reapply.
Out of 6 cases which we have turned down, we know of only 1 applicant who managed to get a visa to the US.
The documents differ from case to case. They might include copy of passports, previous travel history, questions that were asked in earlier visa interviews their answers, bank statements, property documents. Status and salary of their relatives in US (if any), names, occupation, educational qualifications and dob’s of all family members, DS160 filed earlier, complete date and details and circumstances of all earlier visa rejection etc.
Most of our cases are of this background only. To train and equip your parents, we will meet them at their place of residence or else they can come and meet us in Mumbai. We will obviously connect with you online or if any one from our group is in the US, we can meet personally.
No. Payments are accepted in Indian currency only and you can easily do it by sending the money to your parents.
Financial status of your parents has no bearing on the outcome. However, there are many other factors that we count in order to ascertain the likelihood of the outcome. For instance, if you have been visiting them in India every year or two, and they apply for a visa siting “visiting their son” as the reason, then there is a fair chance that their application would be denied. On the other hand, if there is something momentous happening in your family in the US, (like your children graduating), it would justify the need of your parents coming to US to visit you. We know the nuances and the pitfalls of the process and hence can prepare you better.

Certainly Not!! When you file your application and DS160, all of your information is deeply scrutinized and the officer asks you the questions that he thinks are important to him and not you and based on your answer the decision is taken meticulously.
In course of their businesses or jobs, our group members frequently travel between New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. It will be convenient for your wife and her parents to meet us in Hyderabad on priorly mutually agreed upon dates. Alternatively, they can meet us in Mumbai or any other city as well.
Yes. Financial status of the visa applicant has no bearing on the outcome. It is a myth that unless you own properties and have big bank balance you do not get a visa. On the contrary, our experience shows that majority of low-income visa applicants have been granted the visa. The most crucial factor in the visa interview is how you can establish that you are going to come back.
